HSBC Bank Transfer, FPS or VISA。

Delivery Method

All orders will be carried out by delivery service company; the delivery would require 2 business days during the process. (No delivery service during national holidays, No. 8 Typhoon Signal or above, and/or Black Rainstorm Signal)

The minimum order quantity would be $800 per order. Any order below the total amount of $800, would be charged with extra $100 as transportation fee.

Location coverage of delivery includes Kowloon, New Territories and Hong Kong Island areas in Hong Kong. There will be no delivery service to Island District, and extra fee for transportation would be applied by depending on the location. Please contact via 6214 8376 for further inquiries.

Refunding Process

In the events of delivery, if any breakage of the items occurs or received goods are mismatched with the order in terms of types and quantity, you can inform us within 24 hours.

Please provide any photographic evidence of the damaged goods, and we will investigate the situation in order to offer the solutions for another delivery.
